Shipping Policy

At SHOPZ.AE, we are committed to providing reliable, efficient, and timely delivery services across the United Arab Emirates.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 0–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For bulk orders, special-order items, supplier-direct products, or products requiring installation, additional processing time may be required. Customers will be informed if extended processing times apply.

Delivery Timeframes

Same-Day Delivery

Products marked with a "Same Day Delivery" badge are eligible for same-day delivery if the order is placed before 11:00 AM.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM may be delivered on the next business day.

Standard Delivery

Products without a same-day delivery badge are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, supplier schedules, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • FREE delivery for orders with a total value of AED 100 or above.
  • Orders below AED 100 will be charged AED 18 plus applicable VAT per order.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping Coverage

SHOPZ.AE currently delivers throughout the United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability may vary for certain remote locations or supplier-managed products.

Bulk Products and Supplier Direct Deliveries

Certain large, bulky, or supplier-managed products may be delivered directly by the supplier. Delivery schedules for such items will be coordinated separately with the customer.

Installation services, where applicable, may be scheduled independently of product delivery.

Order Tracking

Tracking information may be provided once an order has been dispatched. Customers may also contact our customer support team for delivery status updates.

Delivery Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery.

If any item is received damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, customers should notify SHOPZ.AE within 48 hours of delivery for assistance and resolution.

Failed Deliveries

Additional delivery charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Failure to respond to courier communication
  • Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or force majeure events.
