Return & Refund Policy

At Shopz.ae, we offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase. Before collecting the returned item, our delivery team will inspect it to ensure there is no damage and that it has not been used.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, you must email us at return@shopz.ae within 3 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, our delivery team will arrange collection from your location. The item will be inspected before collection, and returns without prior email approval will not be accepted. For any return-related questions, you can contact us at return@shopz.ae.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly. 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including sale items, and gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before making your purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the replacement product once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at refund@shopz.ae
